In 2003, Anil and Renu Malik opened Spices of India originally with a focus only on the market. As the residents of Buffalo, NY, began to love the Indian grocery store, these owners of Spices of India began to think of expansion. Anil and Renu’s sons, Sumeet and Amit joined the family business and together the family added on a large restaurant.
